Found a File Upload Bug in Zomato Bug Bounty Program
During a security assessment of the seller platform at https://seller.hyperpure.com, I discovered a critical vulnerability in the file upload feature of the seller hub API. This vulnerability allows the upload of arbitrary executable files, including PHP, JavaScript (JS), and potentially other harmful file types, despite the platform restricting uploads to only PDF, CSV, and Excel files. This failure to properly validate and sanitize uploaded files leads to the risk of Remote Code Execution (RCE) and Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
